Hello everyone and welcome to newsletter #28 for April!

As I always say when a month comes to a close, can you believe it’s (insert next month here)? In the Northern Hemisphere we’re finally deep into Spring, and the days are finally starting to get warmer and sunnier (where I live, anyway!).

Anyway, let’s get to the writing, shall we? The majority of it is running related (as that’s my big passion at the moment), but there’s one that isn’t running related and that’s a great big THANK YOU to all of you amazing humans who follow, read and subscribe to my writing! Thank you, thank you thank you!

And you can read this thank you (which also goes into a bit about my other publications, in case you didn’t know) right here at the start:

Thank You To All My New Followers And Subscribers!

The rest of the content is to do with my experience as a new(ish) runner — having been back at it now for 10 months already!

Being A Woman And A Runner Can Be Hard

Making Beautiful Choices Can Be Hard

My First Week Officially “Jeffing” My Runs

Confessions Of A New Runner: Should I XYZ? Answer — It Depends!

Confessions Of A New Runner: Running And Injury

Confessions Of A New Runner: Coping With Illness

And that’s it for another month! Hope you found something interesting or thought provoking or relatable to read.

Until next time friends, readers and maybe fellow runners!

Caitlin
